Helping the right thing to happen

Who we are

We are dedicated to the vision of a quality data environment generated from efficient and effective processes, in turn fed by quality data inputs.

It is our belief that a good vision is the foundation of data resource management.  When the vision is  well-defined and effectively communicated it produces effective processes whch generate quality data.  Quality data is the source of quality, actionable information. This information enables us to track progress toward the vision and even supports refinement of  the vision. This belief is based on diverse experience in a cross section of industries including Defense, Transporation, Manufacturing, Services, Insurance and Healthcare.

Why we are

We want to help you get on the path to the creation and management of a data resource capable of producing the intel (business intelligence) that will make you and your business a star.  Your data should be producing value.  Let us help you find and repair the value leaks.

We look around and we see everywhere a focus on technology as an answer. If technology is the answer, what is the question? Technology is a means, not an end. Since the concept of "business" was first put into action, the problems have been the same. Entrepreneurs have sought to increase demand, reduce costs, stabilize inputs, create efficiency, keep workers involved and contented and on and on.

No one has ever sought to "use technology" just as no one sets out to use a hammer.  Clearly, technology is a useful tool to be applied to some of the business problems.  Effective application of technology requires a context and Data Management is the framework that structures the context.
