Information Services Objectives
With any stated objective, the idea is to get enough of the
right people to subscribe to it. When this happens, the objective will
be met. When this doesn't happen, someone will be disappointed.
The discipline and processes of Change Management will help
immensely in achieving objectives.
If there is consensus on an objective, it become "official."
If there is disagreement, we need to decide collectively whether the
objective should be ammended or dropped.

of effort required may be uncomfortable.
